Ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, l-cysteine, L-methionine, nettle leaves (Urtica dioica), Zn oxide, hydropropylmethylcellulose, titanium dioxide, polydextrose, colloidal silicium, Ca pantothenate (vit B5), riboflavin (vit B2), pyridoxine chlorhydrate (vit B6), maltodextrin, medium chain triglycerides, biotin (vit B8).

- Nettle Leaves Extract 17.5mg (dry leaves equivalent 35mg)
- Zinc 11mg
- Riboflavine (Vitamin B2) 1.3mg
- Calcium Pantothenate (Vitamin B5) 5mg
- Pyridoxine (Vitamin B6) 1.3mg
- Biotin (Vitamin B8) 30mcg
Directions of use: 1 tablet per day or as recommended by a doctor. Recommended as a 3-month course.
