Our sweetener blend is made up of Inulin, Erythritol and Allulose. All these sweeteners are naturally occuring and diabetic friendly. Inulin is a prebiotic fibre that supports the gut bacteria. Erythritol does not cause tooth decay and allulose is a sweetener that is keto-friendly. The calculated Glycemic Index value is less than 1 with a sweetness of 50% of table sugar (sucrose). Use it in your coffee/tea, for baking etc.
