Product Usage
Adults take 2 capsules 3 times a day. Best taken at first sign of cold & flu - within 48hours of the onset of symptoms. Or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
Ingredients: 3.8g Sambucus nigra Black Elderberry fruit juice equiv. to fresh juice per capsule.
